摘　　要：改革和发展公安教育事业,关键是要造就一支具有现代教育观念和适应全面实施素质教育需要的公安后备队伍。我国公安后备军的来源主要是公安高校毕业学生、以及社会招录警察两个方面。为此,本文从这两个方面就我国公安招录警察的制度与模式进行了深入的思考,就公安院校招生以及公安机关向社会招警进行了深入的思考之后提出了一些构想,以求教于大方。The key to the reform and development of the police education is to forge a candidate police team with the concept of current education and the overall quality training.Chines recruitment.Therefore,weth regard to the two ways thereof,the article probes into the system and the mode of the police enrollment and offers some idea solving the problem.
