虎参汤干预鼻咽癌放射性口腔粘膜反应的临床研究

摘　　要：目的对鼻咽癌放射治疗所致口腔粘膜反应的预防研究,探讨虎参汤对鼻咽癌放射治疗的影响。方法纳入96例鼻咽癌患者按数字表法随机分为治疗组(放疗+中药)和对照组(放疗+西药含服)两组,观察两组患者出现口腔粘膜反应发生的时间及放射剂量以及发生反应的程度,放疗结束时不同病灶残留情况。结果两组患者出现口腔粘膜反应发生的时间及放射剂量比较有显着差异性(P<0.05),治疗组的损伤程度明显低于对照组,出现粘膜反应的时间耍晚。结论虎参汤干预鼻咽癌放射治疗,可以延缓口腔粘膜反应发生的时间,改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。Objectives To study the preventive effect to radiation-induced oral mucosa reaction in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and to evaluate the influence of Hushen Decoction in the intervention radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 96 cases of cancer patients of nasopharyngeal cancer were randomly divided into two groups:treated group(combining radiotherapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine) and control group(combining radiotherapy with sucking western medicine),the starting time of oral mucos...
