摘　　要：目的探讨心身医学在肿瘤病人情志调护中的应用效果。方法选择多次化疗、病程长的病人50例,进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,根据病人的焦虑、抑郁症状通过心身医学的情志调护[1],给予以情胜情、情志疏导、移情易性、顺意从欲"四大特点"的护理。结果干预前后SAS、SDS评分P<0.05,有统计学意义,说明心身医学在肿瘤病人情志调护中有着不可低估的作用。Objective To discuss the application effect of psychosomatic medicine in emotion adjustment of tumor patients. Methods 50 patients who experienced repeated chemotherapy and long disease course were evaluated by SAS and SDS.
