摘　　要：目的:总结鼻内窥镜下高频电凝治疗难治性鼻出血的临床经验。方法:回顾经鼻内窥镜引导下高频电凝治疗58例难治性鼻出血的临床资料。结果:1次治愈52例,2次治愈3例,3次治愈1例。结论:经鼻内窥镜下高频电凝止血更为有效、安全,并能减轻患者的痛苦和不良刺激。Objective: To summarize the clinical treatment experience with high-frequent electrocoagulation through Nasal endoscopy of refractory epistaxis. Methods: Retrospect fifty eight clinical treatment with high-frequency electrocoagulation through Nasal endoscop material of the refractory epistaxis. Results: Fifty two cases were cured by one treatment,three cases was cured by two treatments,and one cases was cured by three treatment.
