支气管肺泡灌洗联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索在难治性肺部感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索在难治性肺部感染中的应用价值。方法:将73例难治性肺部感染患者随机分为支气管肺泡灌洗联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索为治疗组、单纯行支气管肺泡灌洗为对照组,均在全身应用抗菌药物、营养支持等综合治疗的基础上。结果:治疗组有效率92%明显高于74%,P<0.05;治疗组机械通气时间明显缩短,脱机成功率提高,P<0.05。结论:难治性肺部感染在支气管肺泡灌洗基础上联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索能达到良好的治疗效果,是一种行之有效的治疗方法。Objective: To investigate the effects of bronchoalveolar lavage Combined with large dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in refractory pulmonary infection. Methods:73 cases were randomly divided into control group (n=35) and treatment group (n=38).
