摘　　要：目的调查西北地区人工耳蜗植入者的家庭状况,分析人工耳蜗植入前后患者及其家庭的期望及担忧,探讨影响人工耳蜗植入患者及其家庭决策的相关因素。方法问卷调查接受人工耳蜗植入的52例患者及其家庭。结果听力言语功能提高是患者及其家庭术前主要期望,植入后无效或低效是术前患者及其家庭的主要担忧,其次是费用和手术并发症。结论积极地与患者及其家属进行沟通、阐明人工耳蜗植入利弊,改善植入效果,减少并发症,控制植入费用,这些均有利于促进西北地区人工耳蜗植入更好的开展。Objective To investigate the family conditions of cochlear implant patients in the northwest of China,analyze the expectations and worries of the deaf families,and elucidate factors influencing decision-making processes for cochlear implantation.Methods Fifty-two patients having received cochlear implantation and their families were assessed by questionnaire.Results Hearing and speech function improvements were the main expectation of the deaf patients and their families.Low effectiveness was the first worr...
