摘　　要：软件可靠性J-M预计模型对可靠性测试数据的假设要求比较严格,与实际情况不太符合。针对可靠性测试中各种因素的影响,适当修改了排除错误的条件假设,使得模型的适用性更强。对J-M模型用迭代法确定了参数的估计值,结合1组可靠性测试数据,得到可靠性预测结果。J-M prediction model hypothesis of software reliability needs a stricter requirement for reliability test data and it is not so consistent with the fact.Considering the influence of various factors in reliability test,the author modifies the hypothesis of condition about removing the error.It is more consistent with the fact.Aiming at the estimation value that J-M model decides on the parameter with method of changing,the prediction result of reliability is obtained in combination with a group of test s dat...
