摘　　要：在环境危机日益严重的情况下提出了环境伦理与可持续发展,它的提出为人类解决环境问题提供了新的思路。鉴于目前水资源面临的严峻考验,从可持续发展环境伦理观的角度对水资源问题,尤其是对我国用水量最大的农业灌溉用水的节水问题进行了讨论,提出了一些降低农业用水量,提高用水率的对策。The environmental ethics and sustainable development are arised under the circumstances of environmental crisis,which provide a new pathway to solve the environmental problems that the mankind faced.For now the water resource dilemma,this paper discusses the problems of water resource,especially the problems of save water during agricultural irrigation from the point of sustainable development and environmental ethics,at the same time the measures of lowing the water amount and improving the efficiency of w...
