摘　　要：建筑设备及其监控系统的知识和技能是高职楼宇智能化专业的教学重点和难点。建筑设备监控系统综合实训室的建设与实施是在对该实训室的整体规划之后的关键工作。文章围绕实训室的实施方案,对系统的组成、设置与布局、各子系统的监控内容与实施、设备的选型做一个概括性介绍和探讨。The skill training related to construction equipment and BAS(Building Automatic System) is the teaching emphasis in building intelligence major. So, following the integrated plan, construction and practice of BAS special comprehensive training workshop construction is a key task discussed in this paper. It consists of system composition, setting, the workshop layout, the main monitoring contents and function of each subsystem, type selection of equipment, and engineering implementation.
