摘　　要：根据环氧乙烷的物理化学性质及环境因素分析,环氧乙烷泄漏后可能发生中毒、闪火、蒸气云爆炸、池火和BELEVE火球5种事故。利用ALOHA模拟软件对这5种事故进行模拟计算,定量得出了事故危害的影响范围。结果表明环氧乙烷储罐泄漏可能造成严重的事故后果,所以在存储过程中应积极采取安全预防措施尽可能避免事故发生;事故后及时、有效地执行应急行动,减少事故发生后的人员伤亡和财产损失。According to the physical and chemical characters of ethylene oxide and Environmental factors,five accidents may be happened after the leakage of ethylene oxide,which are toxicosis,flash fire,vapor explosion,pool fire and fireball.While the consequences of ethylene oxide tank leakage accidents are simulated by using ALOHA simulation software,the affected areas are quantitatively computed.The results show that conse- quences of possible accidents are serious.So some preventive measures should be taken active...
