摘　　要：基于火灾发生频率和财产损失下的停车楼内车辆火灾定量计算和风险分析,提出了停车楼内车辆火灾年风险概念。年风险是由年损失值来定量表示的,说明了在未发生火灾情况下,固定面积的停车楼在不同停车位使用率下预计的经济损失。结合停车楼面积、车位年均使用率、车辆火灾单位损失值,探讨停车楼的年损失值。最后,以某停车场为例,对车辆火灾年风险性进行了具体定量计算和分析。This paper is inclined to make an introduction on how to calculate the annualised risk of fire taking place in the urban areas in public parks,and put forward fire quantitative evaluation and risk analysis which based on vehicle fire frequency and fire damage.Fully explained in no vehicles fire situation,the economic loss of fixed area parking in different annual usage ratio.Before ending the paper,the authors have given one ex- ample on how to evacuate annualised risk from a complex structure car parking.
