平喘止咳贴辅助治疗婴幼儿喘型肺炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮穴位给药联合西药治疗婴幼儿喘型肺炎的疗效。方法120例喘型肺炎随机分为对照组60例和治疗组60例,对照组相应给予抗病毒、抗菌及对症治疗;治疗组在此基础上,采用贵州康琦公司提供的平喘止咳贴(苗药巴布剂)经皮穴位敷贴。结果治疗组在平均退热时间、干啰音消失时间、湿啰音消失时间、临床症状全部消失时间、住院时间方面与对照组比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位外敷对婴幼儿喘型肺炎有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the clinic curative effects percutaneous acupoint combine with Western medicine for infantile asthmatic pneumonia.Methods 120 cases were divided into the control group of 60 cases and the treatment group of 60 cases randomly.The control group only took Western medicine,and the treatment group was added Pingchuan Zhike Plaster.Results The treatment group was better than the control group in average abatement of fever time,rales disappear time,clinic symptom disappear time(P<0.01).The ...
