摘　　要：目的观察左半肝的形态结构及动脉来源﹑分支及变异情况,为临床开展左半肝活体肝移植提供解剖学依据。方法解剖了经甲醛固定灌注红色乳胶的尸体肝脏标本30例,观察左半肝动脉的来源,走行,分布情况及规律,并测量有关数据;在15例肝脏铸型标本和15例采用数字减影血管造影术(DSA)的肝脏中进一步观察左半肝动脉血管的分布和吻合情况。结果左半肝血供丰富,来源复杂。主要血供来自肝固有动脉的分支肝左动脉和肝中动脉,变异比较常见。动脉在肝内呈段性分布,各叶,肝段动脉之间没有重要的吻合。结论外科医生熟悉肝动脉的分支,走行和变异情况,对设计合理的手术方式,安全的施行手术有重要的临床意义。Objective To observe the morphological characteristics, origin, branch and variation of arteries of left hepatic lobe, so that to provide anatomic data for living-related liver transplantation using left liver.
