圣·约翰草提取物治疗肠易激综合征伴抑郁症状的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察圣·约翰草提取物治疗肠易激综合征伴抑郁症的治疗效果。方法30例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,所有病人均口服马来酸曲美布汀胶囊,并进行抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,治疗组再此基础上加服圣·约翰草提取物胶囊,比较治疗前后两组的症状改善情况及SDS评分变化,疗程4周。结果4周治疗结束后,治疗组的症状改善优于对照组(P<0.01),SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的症状改善程度和SDS粗分评定具有较好的依存性。结论圣·约翰草提取物治疗肠易激综合征伴抑郁症患者疗效好,副反应少。Objective To study the efficacy of St. John s wort extract in treating depression in patients with irritable bowel syndrome Method 30 patients with depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for 4 weeks.
