摘　　要：目的评价CR系统的工作原理、设备、成像特点及其在X线摄影实现数字化过程中的作用。方法对CR系统进行论证,并与DR等其它成像方式作出全面的比较。结果CR系统具有投资相对较少,能与旧有设备匹配,适用于多体位摄影,影像清晰,诊断信息丰富的特点。重要的是它使得X线摄影信息实现了数字化。结论CR系统是最适于我国目前状态下推广平片数字化的手段。为影像技术建立图像储存与传输系统以及远程医学系统(PACS)提供了物质保证。Objective Discusses and introduces the CR system the principle of work equipment image formation characteristic and X photographic realize digitization process function.
