经济群与我国区域农业制度优化研究

摘　　要：根据经济学基本的供求原理,文章指出我国现阶段区域农业制度问题根源于农民和企业的制度供给和需求的主体地位的缺失。为解决该问题,促进区域农业制度的优化,文章借鉴毛泽东的群众思想和公共选择理论,先提出经济群概念,初步分析它的实质、效应、以及基本分类;接着从经济群的视角提出了我国区域现代农业制度优化的基本框架,最后以山东省寿光市为例实证分析经济群对区域现代农业制度建设的促进作用。According to the demand-supply principle of economics,the thesis has pointed out that the present problems of regional agricultural system in China have come from the lack of the position of peasants and enterprises in the agricultural system construction.
