摘　　要：生物能源是一种清洁、可再生的"绿色"能源,对改善我国的能源结构、保障国家的能源安全、减少环境污染具有不可替代的作用,发展生物能源是未来社会能源产业发展的必然趋势。我国生物能源产业的发展在技术、资源和管理方面存在着一定的问题,可以通过政府的引导和扶植、加强科技创新、建设示范基地等措施.因地制宜、统筹兼顾建设生物能源的原料基地、产业基地,带动我国能源农业、能源林业和生物能源产业的整体协调发展。Bio-energy is a kind of cleaning,renew and"green"resource.It is irreplaceable in improving the structure and ensuring the security of energy,reducing the environment pollution.It is indispensable to expand the bio-energy in the future society energy resource field.Though there are some problems in technique,resource and management in the development of bio-energy industry,something can be done by government steering and helping,strengthening technical innovation,constructing demonstration base and so on,fro...
