摘　　要：城市的发展要体现可持续发展的思想,生态市的规划建设将有效促进城市化的发展。文章以秦皇岛市为例,分析了生态市规划对城市发展的影响以及实施效益。The development of city should reflect the idea of sustainable development,the Construction of Ecological City could promote city development efectively,Taking Qin Huangdao city as a case study,the author analysis the efect Ecological City s Construction Plan to city development and benefit analysis.
