摘　　要：论述了航天继电器寿命试验技术在航空航天系统可靠性中的重要性,简述了国内外继电器可靠性寿命试验的研究现状,指出其存在的主要问题。在兼顾和参考传统寿命试验方法的基础上,提出了将寿命预测方法和加速寿命试验方法有机结合的寿命试验方法总体设计思想,并研制了相应的寿命试验装置。The importance of life test technique for space relays in aeronautic and astronautic system s reliability was discussed.The actualities of reliability life test for domestic and abroad relays were stated and the main existing problems were pointed out.Based on the conventional life test method,the total design thought for life test method combined with life prediction and accelerated life test method was proposed,furthermore,the corresponding life test equipment was designed.
