摘　　要：老工业城市更新是国际城市规划学术界的前沿性重要研究课题,近年来在我国日益受到人们的关注和重视,许多城市已开展或正在进行大规模的老工业城市更新。论文从国际工业化进程总结了老工业城市转型与更新的主要趋向,重点分析了现阶段我国老工业城市更新的主要特征与存在问题,并在此基础上从老工业城市更新的理论研究、模式选择、评价体系以及规划编制等方面就如何改进老工业城市更新工作提出了初步建议。This paper summarizes some main trends of old industrial city transformation and renewal in Post-industrial social,and analyzes the characteristics and existent main problems of China s old industrial city.With the aforementioned basis,this paper puts forth some constructive views on how to improve old industrial city renewal in the aspects of theory research,reconstruction mode,assessment system,planning and so on.
