摘　　要：随着工业化、城市化的快速发展,资源和生态环境问题已经成为中国城市发展关注的焦点,如何构建生态安全、环境友好的新型生态城市,成为城市发展的重要课题。廊坊市位于京津两大城市之间,具有创建生态市的良好基础和条件,被河北省列为率先建设生态市的城市。在《廊坊市生态市建设规划》的编制和研究过程中,我们采用了多学科的交叉研究,总结了国内外城市的经验,为经济发展、城市建设和生态环境建设提出了新的决策依据。As industrialization and urbanization of rapid development,resources and ecological environment in China has become the focus of attention of urban development,how to construct a new type city of ecological security and environment friendly,it become an important subject of urban development.Langfang City,in two major cities of Beijing and Tianjin,has good ecological environment basis,in Hebei Province was the first group to build an eco-city.During the preparation and compile of "Langfang City eco-city con...
