摘　　要：单元式住宅分户水表的集中设置,不仅方便查表和收费管理,且便于集中安装和维护,满足物业科学化管理需要。在智能水表和远传水表造价较高、难以普及的情况下,水表集中设置实用性强,发展前景广阔。When apartments focus on household water meters installed,it will help looking up and management fees.Moreover,to facilitate the installation and maintenance of focus,it is necessary to conduct scientific management of the property.Intelligent remote meter and remote meter have relatively high cost,universal difficult circumstances,it is the practicality of such methods,and prospects for development.
