摘  要:目的:测定北五味子在不同土壤营养条件下五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Spherisorb 10 ODS1(4.6 mm×250 mm,10μm),以甲醇-水(70∶30)为流动相,检测波长为254 nm。结果:线性范围0.1~0.5μg,相关系数为0.9990。平均回收率为100.4%和101.6%,RSD=0.9%和2.9%(n=5)。五味子甲素和乙素在不同土壤营养条件下的平均含量分别为0.076%,0.125%,0.072%,0.068%,0.063%,0.083%,和0.114%,0.126%,0.142%,0.129%,0.112%,0.149%。结论:方法准确,快速,重现性好,可作为北五味子栽培中内在质量评价的重要依据。Objective:To compare the contents of deoxyschizandrin,γ-schizandrin in the different nutrition of soil of Schisandra chinensis.Method:The contents of deoxyschizandrin,γ-schizandrinwere determined by HPLC.Chromatographic condition included Spherisorb 10 ODS1(4.6 mm×250 mm,10 μm) and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol-water(70∶30).Deoxyschizandrin,γ-schizandrin was detected at 254nm.Results:The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.1~0.5 μg with correlation coefficient 0.9990.The avera...
