摘　　要：目的:建立心元胶囊中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC。结果:HPLC测定心元胶囊中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量,二苯乙烯苷在0.192~4.8μg的范围内,线形关系良好(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.43%。结论:含量测定方法专属性强、重复性好。Objective To establish quantitative determination methods of Xinyuan Capsules.Methods:The HPLC were used.Result: The HPLC method could quantitatively determine 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside content in Xinyuan Capsules.The linear range of Sodium Danshensu was 0.192～4.8 μg(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 99.8%with RSD of 0.43%.Conclusion:quantitative determination methods are reproducible and specific.
