摘　　要：对上海市A区医疗服务的纵向整合进行了现况分析。结果显示,在该区政府的推动下,区域内医疗服务纵向整合不断推进,得到了各级医疗机构的认可。A区政府应通过推动财政支持和协调医疗保险制度等,建立纵向整合的长效机制。The aim of the study was to perform the situation analysis on the vertical integration among three level hospitals in one district in Shanghai.The results showed that the vertical integration of medical care in this area was developed under the local government facilitation and had been welcomed by medical institutes at different levels.The government should make efforts, such as facilitating on building of referral standards and on coordinating with medical insurance, to set up a long-term mechanism of ver...
