摘　　要：对上海市某区二级医院的发展状况进行了分析,针对二级医院的人力资源配置状况、医疗服务状况、医教与学科发展状况及经济运行状况,提出了改善建议。The authors of this article analyzed the development of the secondary-level hospitals in one district in Shanghai. According to the status of human resources, medical care, research and education and finance of the hospitals, the authors made some suggestions for hospital performance improvement.
