摘　　要：本文从分析项目系统出发,提出项目系统由宏观、中观和微观建造系统组成。和谐建造要求项目超越项目自身的质量、工期、成本等目标,而将全系统和谐作为项目最终目标。最后指出实现和谐建造必须采用以承包商为主角的一体化管理模式。Based on analysis on project system, the paper pointed out that macro-view, mid-view and micro-view composited the system of construction system. Harmonious construction required project to transcend its targets of quality, period and cost, and taked the whole system harmony as project final goal. At last, it put forward to applying integration management mode taking contractor as protagonist to realizing hamonous construction.
