摘　　要：随着城镇化战略的快速推进,小城镇商业地产开发也进入升温阶段。目前对商业房地产的研究主要围绕中心城市展开,从宏观上把握地产经济的运行。本文从国家宏观调控,地方中观政策以及小城镇商业地产微观因素,营造小城镇商业地产健康发展的"绿色融资环境",确保小城镇商业地产投融资的需要,对加速小城镇建设具有重要的现实意义。Along with the urbanization strategy being fast advanced, the commercial real estate in small towns also developed quickly.
