摘　　要：国际承包商业务特征的形成与其发展历史有着巨大的联系,本文对12家顶级国际承包商的业务特征进行分析,并将这些承包商的发展历程进行分阶段分析,从中归纳总结每个阶段主要的发展模式,为中国承包商走出去、成为顶级国际承包商提出建议。There is a strong linkage between international contractors business characteristics and their chronological development. This paper examined top international contractors business characteristics, analyzed their course of growth and development modes utilized at different stages, and then provided managerial insights for Chinese contractors to grow in general and enter foreign markets in particular.
