摘　　要：分析了在国家及建设领域宏观信息化的战略规划下,建筑施工企业信息化发展的必要性和条件,提出加快建筑施工企业信息化的途径,包括营造良好的信息化大环境、企业本身制定信息化战略规划,在企业内部明确信息化建设重点及发展思路。Under the macro strategic plan in building industry and the country, the paper analyses the informationization necessity and conditions of construction enterprises, puts forward the ways to speed up the informationization of construction industry, including building the appropriate environment, establishing enterprises informationization strategic plan and strengthening the development emphases.
