摘　　要：PFI项目的建设、运营中存在很多的不确定因素,由此带来的风险很多。模糊综合评价法能较好地对项目的风险进行评价。论文基于PFI项目风险的特征和风险分类,建立起风险评价的模糊综合评价模型,给出了一个计算实例,通过分析和讨论,对PFI项目在我国的发展做出有益尝试。PFI project is characterized by the private finance initiative.
