摘　　要：从大型公共建筑全寿命周期成本控制的角度分析大型公共建筑中应注意的问题。建设期的成本控制以设计阶段为主控;运行期的成本控制主要是避免能源浪费;正确选择设备类型,对于科学确定和有效控制设备成本和项目寿命周期成本具有重要意义。This paper analyses the problems from the perspective of the whole life-cycle cost control of large public buildings. The main cost control in the construction period is in the design stage and the main cost control in the operation period is to avoid waste of energy.It is of great significance for scientifically determining and effectively controlling costs and project life-cycle cost to choose equipment type correctly.
