摘　　要：从全寿命周期管理的角度出发,分析了政府部门、开发商、设计单位、施工单位、物业管理单位以及业主等在房地产项目全寿命周期内的节能管理内容和具体措施。Guided by the aspect of whole lifecycle management, this paper has analyzed the energy conservation management content and the specific measures in the real estate project of whole lifecycle of the government department, the developer, the designing department, the construction unit, the estate management unit as well as the owner and so on.
