摘　　要：首先,本文指出了传统网络计划技术在建筑工程工期索赔方面存在的不足;然后,介绍了模糊网络模型以及搭接作业网络图的模式;最后,结合工程实例,比较了传统网络计划技术与模糊网络模型在计算工期索赔时得到的不同结果,说明了模糊数学在工期索赔管理中的应用。Firstly,this paper points out the lack of the traditional network planning technique on the claims for extension of time of construction engineering,and then introduces the fuzzy network model and the mode of network map of lap work;finally,compares the different results between the traditional network planning technique and fuzzy network model on the calculation of claims for extension of time with an example,illustrating the use of fuzzy math in claims for extension of time.
