摘　　要：系统工程是从系统管理的思想衍生发展而来的。本文从系统工程角度研究了建筑工程项目的成本,对成本及成本控制理论进行了分析,介绍了项目成本控制原则及项目成本控制措施,并阐述了系统工程在项目成本管理中的具体运用。System engineering is derived from system administration thought. From the viewpoint of system engineering,the cost and cost control theory are analyzed. And project cost control principle and control measures are introduced. In addition,the paper has set forth system engineering concrete application in project control management.
