摘　　要：四川汶川大地震对我国经济和社会发展的影响巨大,从经济增长和政府的社会公共责任的视角比较研究我国与日本等国对建筑抗震设计规范标准设定的不同观点,分析我国现行建筑抗震规范存在的缺陷和产生的原因,进而提出我国建筑抗震规范修订的探索性建议。The large earthquakes in Wenchuan has a great impact on China s economic and social development. From the perspective of social economic growth and government s public responsibility,the paper researches the seismic design standards set in China and Japan and other countries by different points of view,analyses the current seismic code deficiencies and causes,and proposes the revised proposal to further regulate the construction seismic code.
