颅脑损伤患者肢体功能障碍早期康复护理的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察早期康复护理对颅脑损伤患者肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法:选择颅脑损伤患者60例随机分为康复组和对照组,两组患者均给予神经外科常规治疗和护理,康复组在对照组的基础上配合早期康复护理。治疗前后分别采用Batherl指数评定方法观察两组患者肢体功能及日常生活活动能力(ADL)恢复情况。结果:早期康复组与对照组治疗前的Barthel指数评分无统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后30天早期康复护理组患者Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:早期康复护理对颅脑损伤患者肢体运动功能及ADL恢复有明显的改善作用。Objective:To observe the effects of early nursing care from rehabilitation of extremities motor function in craniocerebral injury patients.Methods:Sixty patients with craniocerebral injury were allocated randomly into experimental group and contral group.Both of the groups undertook routine treatment and nursing care.The experimental group particularly received early nursing care in the rehabilitation of extremities function.After treatment,we adopted Batherl Index to evaluate the recovery extent of the e...
