15例骨髓增生异常综合征并发结核的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者并发结核的临床特点、治疗方法。方法:总结我院血液科近5年来MDS患者并发结核的诊治情况。结果:MDS并发结核治疗效果佳。结论:MDS易感染结核,结核临床表现不典型,MDS治疗和抗痨治疗注意协调性,最终不影响该患者预后。Objective:To discuss myelodysplastic Syndrome Patients with tuberculosis clinical characteristics treatment.Methods:Hematology Department sum up our hospital over the past five years MDS patients with the diagnosis and treatment of TB.Results:MDS with good TB treatment.Conclusion:MDS vulnerable to TB,TB clinical manifestatiou of atypical.MDS treatment and anti-tuberculosis treatment of attention to wordination,does not affect the final prognosis of patients.
