摘　　要：目的:探讨沿长轴穿刺引流治疗高血压脑出血的方法及疗效。方法:对我院2006年8月～2007年10月间采用沿血肿长轴穿刺置管引流、溶栓等方法治疗的27例高血压脑出血患者回顾分析。结果:全组27例,死亡5例。生存质量分级:Ⅰ级5例,Ⅱ级6例,Ⅲ级8例,Ⅳ级2例,Ⅴ级1例。结论:沿血肿长轴穿刺置管引流术方法简单、快捷、疗效较为满意,特别适合于年老体弱的患者,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of tran-cranial puncture and drainage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage along the maximum axis of the hematoma.Methods:The clinical data of 27 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by tran-cranial puncture and drainage of hemorrhage along the maximum axis of the hematoma from August 2006 to October 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In all 27 cases,5 cases were dead.The quality of activities daily life(ADL)was as follows:Ⅰ class,5 cases;Ⅱ...
