摘　　要：民族自治州政府门户网站具有政务公开、在线办事、公众参与三大功能。借助中国政府网站绩效评估报告的相关数据和网站进入访问技术进行统计,发现各指标值在州际、区划之间存在着数字鸿沟,处于非均衡状态。这与网站功能价值取向、建设资金投入呈正相关关系,拓宽财政投资渠道、规范网站设计等是消弭鸿沟使其持久和谐发展的有效途径。The government portals of ethnic autonomous prefectures have three major functions,i.e.openness in government affairs、 online work and public participation.With the relevant data of China Government Website Performance Evaluation report and the technological statistics of entering website,we found there is a huge digital difference of almost every index between prefectures and zones,and development trend,that is to say in a non-equilibrium state.This feature is positively correlated with web value orientati...
