摘　　要：康熙朝大规模编设佐领是八旗基层组织建制完善的重要举措。佐领的编设是在"满洲根本"政策指导下进行的,八旗兵丁的增加对于确保清朝统治的稳固具有重要意义。然而,满洲统治者对八旗兵丁束缚的日益强化却严重侵蚀着旗人的活力,盛世清朝的颓败之势遂难以避免。An important measure that Kangxi took to perfect the grass-root organizations of the eight banners was to establish Zuoling in large scale.The establishment of Zuoling was under the principle of Manzhou Centered .The increase of soldiers in the eight banners was of special significance for the stabilization of the governance of Qing Dynasty.However,the strengthening of bondage to the soldiers in the eight banners heavily corroded the livingness of those who were in the eight banners.The declining of pr...
