几种实用的植物化学诱导系统

摘　　要：已建成的多种化学诱导系统在植物中有广泛的应用,如基因功能分析、无标记植物转化、特定位点DNA切除、育性恢复和RNA沉默等方面的研究.本文所介绍的三种诱导系统GVG、pOp6/LhGR和alc各有利弊,并在多种植物种类中得以应用,具有很大的发展前景和潜力.Several developed chemical-inducible systems are used widely in plants,such as gene function analysis,marker-free plant transformation,site specific DNA excision,restoration of male fertility and RNA silencing.Three chemical-inducible systems are reviewed here,GVG,pOp6/LhGR and alc,which applied in many species of plants,with advantages and disadvantages respectively,and be certain of immensurable prospect and potential of development.
