摘　　要：论述了PDM与ERP系统集成的必要性,给出了两个系统集成的数据内容。随着企业的不断发展,制造BOM不再单一地从PDM传递到ERP,出现了从ERP传递到PDM的逆向需求。在分析了现有的集成方法之后,应用一种基于脚本的PDM/ERP系统集成的方法,介绍了从ERP传递制造BOM到PDM,利用ERP中的制造资源编制工艺路线,再把编制好的工艺路线从PDM传递到ERP的全过程。该方法在企业的成功应用,证明了研究内容的有效性。The necessity of PDM (Product Data Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system integration was discussed, and the integrating data contents between two systems were given. Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) wasn’t singly passed from PDM to ERP any more, also converse requirement from ERP to PDM appeared.
