摘　　要：转型期,要保障政府干预市场秩序职能有效性发挥,必须对政府干预市场秩序的目的、范围和方式进行转变,这种转变趋势必须选择与转型期市场秩序特点相符合的合理性方向。During the transition issue,in order to ensure that government can intervent market order validly,it’s necessary to change the purpose,scope and way of government intervening market order,and this kind of changing tendency must select reasonable direction which is conformed with the market order’s characteristics during transition issue.
