摘　　要：目前,在我国残疾人口中有相当一部分保有人力资本存量。由此,通过实施残疾人康复工程,可以使这部分残疾人部分地恢复其工作能力,使其回归社会,回归家庭,这对于一家、一国乃至全社会都具有重大意义。研究简要回顾残疾人康复相关概念、发展历史以及康复事业目前已经取得的进展,并通过结合数据分析指明了我国残疾人康复事业仍存在的问题,以期为今后的残疾人康复事业发展提供一些建议。So far as we know,there is human capital among disabled people that has not been fully developed.Thus,rehabilitation project is a crucial way to help those people restore their working abilities not only for their family but also for the whole society.In this paper,we firstly give a brief introduction of rehabilitation concept and history.Then,based on data analysis we point out problems of rehabitation in China.In sum,we hope that we could give some suggestions on the future rehabilitation project developm...
