摘　　要：先秦法家的政治思想虽有其不足,但蕴涵着深刻的批判精神和积极的建构意识,即对人治观念的深刻批判、对法律至上的热烈推崇、对政治腐败的强烈忧患和对政治改革的积极倡导等可资当代借鉴的资源。Although political ideas of Jurists Pre-Qin Period has some deficiency,there is much wisdom to dig out,for it has the same meaning with modern political ideas.That is to say,the political ideas of Jurists in Pre-Qin Period has rational criticism of theories of rule by men,strong anxiousness for the political corruption,firm faith of supremacy of law and warm proposition of political reform.
