摘　　要：随着人口老龄化及影像诊断技术的飞速发展,退变性腰椎管狭窄症发病率明显升高,成为是老年人腿痛的重要原因,也是腰椎手术的常见病。在治疗上主要有手术和非手术治疗两大类。本文就退变性腰椎管狭窄症手术治疗的方法,如椎板减压、融合固定、非融合固定及微创MED等的应用进展加以综述。With the population aging and the rapid development of imaging diagnostic techniques,the morbidity of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS) was significantly increased.It is an important cause of skelalgia in aged,and common cause for lumbar spinal surgery.The surgical and non-surgical intervention were the major treatment of LSS.In this article,the application and development of surgical therapies for degenerative LSS were reviewed,such as laminectomy and decompression,fixation with fusion or not,and mi...
