摘　　要：石嘴山市是一个因煤而建、因煤而兴的典型煤炭资源型工业城市,经过40多年的发展,资源日益枯竭,是国家首批12个资源枯竭型城市之一。为了准确把握经济转型的产业发展方向,在实地调研的基础上,深入分析了石嘴山市产业发展面临的突出问题,认为石嘴山市应根据区域资源优势和现有发展基础,着力改造提升四大传统产业,培植壮大六大新兴产业,精心打造三大园区,并据此提出加快该市产业转型的投融资、体制改革等扶持政策建议。Shizuishan is a typical coal resource type industrial city which is built and flourished because of coal,at present,the coal resource is being increasingly exhausted after more than 40 years development in the city,and is one of first 12 resource-exhausted cities listed by China s government.In order to accurately hold the industrial development orientation in the process of economic transition,on the basis of field investigation,the paper thoroughly analyzes the prominent questions faced by the industrial ...
