摘　　要：地震是断层活动引起的,即断层活动引起了地震。要预报地震就应抓住断层活动前兆,把监测网点布置到断层带上。the movement of faults bring about earthquake. So in order to forecast earthquake promptly,we should assign monitoring points on the faults for receiving the movement warning signs of faults.
