摘　　要：全球化下的基建不仅能为国内经济带来乘数效应,同时也会为发达国家的技术设备的出口创造需求,因此它创造的是国内和国外的双重就业。An article in Business Week reported that the number of manufacturing jobs in America decreasedfrom 17 million to 14 million during the last decade.
